In this paper, the detector of a moving target in MIMO radar with widely separated antenna in the presence of the a-stable clutter is proposed. Due to the complexity of the unknown parameter estimation in the presence of the target, the Rao test is applied. The a-stable model is a general model that can be applied to different environments with appropriate selection of parameters. The problem with this model is inexistence of a closed form for the probability density function of the distribution. Fortunately, there are models that approximate the distribution by a closed form expression. In the present paper, mixing of Gaussian and Cauchy model is used for expressing clutter. Finally, the performance of the proposed detector is compared with the optimal Gaussian and MiniMax detector by a graph of the probability of detection versus signal-to-clutter ratio. The simulation results, show that the performance of the proposed detector is better than the optimal Gaussian and MiniMax detector.

This essay was written about philosophical despair and investigating the causes and factors of its creation in the poetry of Simin Behbahani. The chosen research method for that, is the "thematic analysis" method; in this order, all the themes were extracted from the poems and the high frequency of philosophical themes and their fusion with philosophical despair caused this article to investigate its causes and factors by referring to Simin's speech. The results of the research show that, the sonnet, in addition to all the content functions has had so far, it can also have the capacity to express philosophical issues, as Simin Behbahani in his sonnet  has raised philosophical topics such as creation, death, determinism, time, etc. due to the fact that all these concepts in her  sonnet are associated with a kind of philosophical despair  and it can be observed sometimes explicitly and indirectly- referring to signs such as pessimism and objection to creation, wish for death, delay and slowness of time, death of belief and belief in Internal and social constraints -  in her poems. Part of the causes of this despair can be considered to be rooted in personal issues such as family problems, passing of life and the experience of old age and sensitivity of the poet, loss of friends and loved ones, and part of it is related to the social and political issues of his society that it is full of suffocation and darkness for the poet, it is relevant  

Didactic or moral stories in Sa’di’s Boostan, like many other episodic stories in Persian texts, play a facilitating role in understanding the poet's mystical, social, and artistic ideas. In the Sa’di’s Boostan, there is a story titled “Tadbir” (plan) in the delay of politics. In this story, we see a model that is consistent with the model proposed by Tzvetan Todorov for story analysis, and the result can be generalized to most of Boostan's stories. Todorov believes that there is a similar structure in the narratives, which include; The initial situation, the entry of the factor that disturbs the balance into the narrative, the disturbance of the balance, the attempt to establish the balance, and as a result, reaching the final stable state, which he interpreted as the transition part. In this article, which is written in an analytical research method, we intend to answer the question, based on Todorov's theory, how to solve the contradiction resulting from Sa’di’s consequentialism in the story with the external realities of society, and how the story in question can be analyzed based on Todorov's model. The result is that by creating a coherent structure in the story, Sa’di was able to accept his ideas and opinions to the reader despite the contradictions and contradictions with the real world and give the victory vote in the story in favor of whoever he wants.

Training specialized human resource, their employment and using their proficiency, are the main concern of higher educational system. But sometimes there is not balance between the number of alumnus and their suitable job or alumnus aren’ t trained as it should be. so, it’ s universities’ duty to follow up and explore their educational adequacy and quality. This article assessed the situation of alumnus of Linguistics educational group of Ferdowsi university of Mashhad during a decade (2007-2017). For the first step, employed alumnus was detected, then for telephone interview, 30 persons were selected among them by accident. In addition, a researcher made questionnaire was used to survey the professors of Linguistics department of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Based on the results 83 percent of alumnus had job. This result put Linguistics educational group in a good situation among other fields of study. Most of the people had chosen their major consciously. There wasn’ t a meaningful difference between sex of participants and the amount of employment. Relation between job and field of study was 80 percent, but relation between subjects of theses and employment was 33 and just 53 percent of participants declared that their jobs are in accordance with the content of their subjects. Results of professors’ questionnaire showed that they are not pleasant with the current situation and believe that it is necessary to have some changes in taking students. Organizing students’ theses in more practical issues, is so essential too.
